Luxury picnics are curated experiences featuring beautiful tablescapes that include bespoke low-sitting picnic tables, place settings and lavish pillows and rugs for lounging upon. 

 

The purpose is to have an event that brings together the people you cherish for food and fun while not having to lift a finger yourself.

 

The lavish decor will vary but generally includes fresh and/or dried florals and/or greenery, amongst other items such as pillar candlesticks, and vintage items. 

 

Our picnic packages include customizable charcuterie and sparkling water, but other catering is always a possibility.

Our luxury picnics are based on the foundation of ease for our clients.  Luxury picnic packages allow every detail to be luxuriously taken care of for you.

Include the type of event you're planning, the desired date, time and location of your event, as well as any other details you want us to know and any add-ons you are interested in.

We will follow up with a quote or a request for a consultation within three business days. The purpose of the consultation will be to envision and share ideas about the theme and styling of your event.  

 

A formal quote which includes a full outline of event details and payment will be sent to you. Once the details are agreed upon, we will reserve your event for seven days time to allow for signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit.  One month prior to your event the remaining 50% will become due.

If you need more time to gather your guest count and location we are happy to reserve your date for you. A 200$  non-refundable deposit will hold  the exact date and time you desire, while the details are decided upon.

Once the details of your booking are finalized, we will send you an invoice.

 

Your requested date will be held  for 1 week after receiving the invoice and a 50% non-refundable deposit paid within this time frame secures your booking.

One month before your event we will send a second invoice for payment of the final 50%. Payments are non-refundable, in the case of unforeseen circumstances the event/rental may be rescheduled.

We do not provide refunds on the 50% deposit payment. (Once we’ve taken your booking that date is booked and we will turn down other requests).

You may however reschedule based on the availability of future dates, your 50% non-refundable deposit is then moved to the future date.

​

If you choose not to reschedule and simply want to cancel your booking completely, the following applies:

Any cancellations 30 days out or more; the balance payment (2nd payment) is waived.  If a cancellation is made on or between 8 – 30 days, you receive 25% of your balance payment. Eight or less days out, no refund will be offered.

A security deposit is included on your invoice, the amount of which will be determined by your specificities.

During your event, you will be responsible for the set-up contents in their entirety and you will be fully refunded when the items are collected barring no damage has been done. This includes wine stains and spills, and lost or broken items.

 Luxe and Lavish Picnics are catered by lovely local charcuterie businesses so that each picnic has everything taken care of for you, letting you luxuriate in lovely picnic bliss.

The businesses we work with create delicious vegetarian and vegan charcuterie options.  They will cater to your specific likes, dislikes, intolerances and/or allergies.
